Description
Aniseed is an annual plant growing to about 60cm (2 feet) in height. It has feathery and delicate leaves and yellow-tinged flowers. It also sprouts hairy fruit seeds, from which the oil is extracted.

Common Uses: Aniseed is cheering, sense enhancing, mildly euphoric. Added to perfumes for a rich, sweet fragrance. Muscle ease, use diluted as a rub for digestive upsets, commonly used for skin care. A good pick me up! 
This oil is frequently used in soaps, toiletries and candles.
 
Cautions: This oil will solidify in lower temperatures, and therefore may need heating before use. 
Never use pure oils on the skin without diluting, never use internally, keep away from children and eyes, always check if there are any medical issues which could cause a problem. Seek help if you have any doubts.
