Description
Citral is derived from the Cymbopogon citratus which is a fast growing, tall, aromatic perennial grass that grows up to 1.5 metres in height. Errors are often made in comparing Citral with Lemongrass. Though they are similar, Lemongrass essential oil is derived from the Cymbopogon flexuosus.
