Spanish Verbena oil is a member of the Lamiaceae family. This oil has a sweet, heavy, citral aroma and is classed as a top note. Verbena blends well with camphoraceous, citrus, herby, floral, minty, spicy and woodsy oils.
Verbena helps with the resistance, with its antioxidant properties, lowering stress by increasing white blood cell activity. On top of all this, it may also help in the treatment of depression, anxiety and insomnia.
